Dr. Watiker is an out-of-network provider and therefore is not contracted with any insurance companies. Fees, which will be discussed at the time of booking, are dependent upon the type of visit and services provided. Payment is required at the time of service; however, as a courtesy to patients, a superbill will be sent to insurance after each visit. Please be aware that laboratory fees are separate and billed by the individual labs.
